How does the Auto Buying Program for Sam's Club Members work?
The Auto Buying Program for Sam's Club Membersselects participating new car
dealers in each market that has a Sam's Club. These dealers have been
selected for their willingness to give a low, no-hassle, no-haggle price
to Sam's Club members. When you use the Program, you are referred to the
special, Sam's Club Contact Person at the dealership that has the make
of vehicle you want. This Contact Person gives you the Sam's Club Member
price on the vehicle of your choice, up-front, without negotiation. The
program includes both cars on the dealer's lot or on factory orders.
As a Member, you simply give us your choice of vehicle, either new or
pre-owned, along with the information on how to best contact you. We notify
the participating dealer's Sam's Club Contact Person, who will contact
you to show you your vehicle of choice and give you the Sam's Club price.
You communicate with the Contact Person at your convenience. You are under
no obligation.

Why should I use the Auto Buying Program for Sam's Club Members?
You can be assured of getting a fair price on your new or pre-owned vehicle.
You can also be assured of being treated, at the participating dealership,
with the respect and dignity that you are accustomed to receiving when you
visit a Sam's Club. Make sure you show your Sam's Club membership card when

How can I find out what the Sam's Club pricing will be?
The Sam's Club Member Contact Person will give you the Member pricing upon
your arrival at the dealership. You may also view the pricing information,
on-line, at the Auto Buying Program for Sam's Club Members website. Select your
vehicle, give us your contact information and if there is a participating
dealer near you it will be displayed. Enter your Sam's Club Member number
in the block provided on the dealer screen and the Sam's Club Member pricing

Are used cars included in the program?
Yes. Each participating dealer uploads their pre-owned inventory, along
with pictures, to us. These vehicles are indexed by make and type (coupe,
luxury, truck, etc.) and are available for your review, either on-line at
the Auto Buying Program for Sam's Club Members website, or through our call
center. Pre-owned vehicle pricing is only available at the dealership.

What if I need help in deciding what vehicle to buy?
The Auto Buying Program for Sam's Club Members provides an assortment of research
tools that can help you decide on which vehicle to purchase and which options
to get for your vehicle. New car pricing information, used car pricing information,
vehicle reviews, trade-in valuations, recall information, factory rebates
and incentives, and a payment calculator. These tools are available through
the Auto Buying Program for Sam's Club Members website. Back

What if the dealer does not have the vehicle I want?
If the participating dealer does not have the vehicle you want, you can
ask them to order it for you. They will do this at the same price that they
would sell you a vehicle off of their lot. They may also be able to find
the vehicle you want quickly at another dealership and have it delivered
to you at the Sam's Club price. Ask the Sam's Club Contact Person for details.

If you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, you can purchase a vehicle
history report, on the vehicle you are considering, at a discounted price.
These reports will help you identify, and avoid, vehicles which may have
been wrecked, flood damaged, odometer rolled back, etc. Back

No. You can expect to receive 3 follow up emails from us confirming the
information we gave you in the beginning about the participating dealer
and then later, asking whether this dealer contacted you, and how your buying
experience was. We value your feedback and want you to have a good experience
with the program. If you opt-in for them, we will also send you a monthly
automotive e-mail newsletter. You may opt-out of any of this correspondence
at any time by calling our member service department at 888.525.4286. If

member service representatives will call you to ask about your auto buying

on service and repairs. This savings not only applies to vehicles that you
purchase or lease through the program, but any vehicles that you own and

to find the nearest participating dealer who services your car and get a
